I need help in changing the Chonese Android OS to English

I have a Huawei Honor 8 Lite, 3 GB Ram and 32 GB storage model. I want to change/root the Android and download the English supported version with Google Play. Pls help me by explaining how to do the same.

The "English supported version" would be the whole ROM, and you'd get it from Huawei, not from Play. (Flashing it would effectively wipe the phone, so you have to back everything [except system apps] up first.)
