I need help restoring the kernel on my sprint Galaxy S3

Some of my roms got stuck on boot logo, even the backups are stuck the only working backup i can use is the stock rom and blazer. This happened after flashing this tweak "CM7_Tweak_Pack.zip" to my CM10 rom. Please help.

The kernel is replaced with the ROM. Everytime you flash a ROM for this phone the kernel comes with it. You may need to delete your backups and start from scratch.

If all else fails you can return to stock unrooted and completely start over.

Ok all else failed. I tried to install MIUI got stuck at the bootscreen same thing hapened with CM10. I can only use the stock backup and Blazed Rom i dont know why. I can not do a restore in kies, can you tell me how to do a restore to stock fw without kies.

Hold up! Are you flashing with TWRP?

If so there have been issues with it.

Flash this in recovery and let me know how it goes.

I was using cwm and its still not working after flashing the file you sent me, Im gonna do a restore to stock when i get home.

My efs folder is empty, i think that might be the problem. I dont have a backup for the efs folder, i didint know about it until i have this problem. is there anyway to restore that folder, my IMEI number is there BTW.
