I need help "unbricking my phone"

Every time i try and do the unbrick method from this forum this happens!

Help!! My phone is not bricked, I Just want to restore it, Because when it was rooted i downloaded some Beats audio shet. and it changed something in my system and it screwed up the audio in the phone! HELLPPPPPP lol

I have no idea what is wrong, but here is what I would try if you haven't already:
Try re-downloading the flash tool software and flash image.
Try flashing the ZVD or ZVK images.
Try the whole thing again with a different computer.

Can't communicate with the port. I read that from the screenshot. Select the correct port.

I did select the right port.

If you select the wrong one, the flash tool won't even try to flash.

I did all of that I still get the same problem. I'm tried it on xp computer and Vista and w7 same problem
