I need help with my software

Since I have had the upgrade my phone has had mass problems, factory reset hasnt worked at all. I need to know if there is a way to manualy upload the software or the leaks andhow to do it. Can someone please help me before I throw this thing. Thanks

What kind of problems are you having? i'm assuming you downloaded the 2.1 leak for your eris?
