I need help with Scrabble

I purchased the Scrabble game for my nook color from Barnes and Noble. But when it finishes downloading and I try to run it I get an error and it says cannot open book. Any ideas what could be wrong?

Have you contacted customer service at B&N? They are usually pretty quick with a response.

I have seen worse word guessing in scrabble which was a nightmare for me but suddenly I started using scrabble word finder which is good in telling words. With the help of scrabble word finder I can guess very difficult word too..
