I need help with voice to text messages on my phone it's becoming crucial that They are Accurate because I have To text doctors several times A-day about their patients lab values or problems and it has to come out accurate I don't have time to actually text I have to do the voice to text and is horrible on S8 plus it comes out with all kinds of bizarre messages You have my patients lives depend and it

Few ways to go about this.

1. Change keyboards and get Google keyboard which is the most accurate voice-to-text I've ever tested

2. if you need to use Samsung's voice-to-text open Bixbys settings and select "Enhanced voice recognition"

(I've done step 2 more than once and it has dramatically changed and understands me a lot and I mean a LOT better than before)

3. try another voice-to-text option, they're is a few out there and one of them should be good enough for what you need

It's likely you are using medical terminolgy not in the voice recognition database. Not surprising that the dictation is inaccurate. You'll have to train it, I suspect.
