I Need Help!

When I turn on the G Tablet a message appears in the top left corner saying, "Booting Recovery Kernel Image." The tablet was left in that state for 3 hours. Unable to access initial start up screen.
Has this happened to anyone else?

Mine just did the same thing. Has anyone figured out how to fix the problem? And, if so, where would the answer be?
