I have rooted my fascinate and got the froyo before it was released but it's kinda buggy and I want to take it off and get the real froyo. How can I do this??

Prolly need to go back to stock and let the OTA update get you back to the "real froyo"

Thx. By buggy I mean my adobe flash doesn't work anymore, it force closes everything, and it freezes all the time.

in the PDA section of ODIN. That will take you to stock DL09 and your phone should OTA from there to ED04.
