I need lots of help...

I had major issues going on yesterday, had to data/cache wipe everything. Some how got everything back am now rooted, got all my apps back thanks to Titanium Backup and now am not sure if I have the lag fix I did before losing everything or not, when I boot into recovery I have blue text. Would like to get the Froyo/DL30 build if possible. Any help would be great. Or the links to the forums that I can get this info I am seeking from.

Skip the lag fix idea. Flash to DL30 if you want to. The lag fix is not viable with DL30 at this point, and using a lag fix first guarantees that you have to flash back to stock when you try to load DL30. Yes, I'm sure.

But I am not sure if I have it, I did the wipe data/cache and rebooting into recovery still read my SD card and I used the update.zip, D/L Titanium Backup and restored all of my apps, phone seems to be back to normal, yesterday attempted to get superfast kernel that was supposed to restore vibrate functions and it turned into a mess. Not sure if lag fix is on phone or not.

well flash a nonvoodoo kernel over what you already have. if your phone wont start then you had the lag fix.

if your phone does start then you are good to go for froyo.

I am at work and brought my phone and laptop but forgot my USB cable so I can't do anything that requires cpu and phone connection.

flashing is anything change you make form the stock design(not including debloating). rom kernel or theme change ect...

you put the phone in dl mode and use odin to wver write something on the phone.
