so this happens i choose ,any device , i choose my phone from the drop down, it gives the code,then it says use phones data connection,then see 3rd photo,it says done then,see photo 4, it says that after like 3 secs

So are you trying to use the PDAnet app via bluetooth? I use PDAnet with the USB cable and it works great. Faster than the hotel WIFI networks I stay in.
