i need some help! Stuck at CM10 boot screen!

When i got back in to recovery mode and try and restore from backup i get a message that says MD5 mismatch. I found out im getting that message because i renamed the backup. So now im stuck and dont know what to do or how to fix it! Can i do a factory reset?

OK I got it! I did a factory reset which was enough to get the phone powered on and then went in to the SD card through my computer and changed the name of the backup file to what the phone had named it and then backed it up!!! And it worked!! I was in a panic there for a little bit!!!!
