I need the global unlock code

i am selling my inc2 and it looks like the buyer is overseas.

i called verizon to get the code and they told me they won't give it to me unless the device has been active on my account for 60 days. thats bs because i sold a droid 3 earlier this year and they gave me the code no problem.

the guy told me it has always been their policy that you can't have the unlock code unless its an active phone. meaning they don't want anyone but verizon customers using their phones.

does anyone have the unlock code? i really don't want to cancel my auction and relist it as not international

So I had my buddy who also has an incredible 2 call and get me the code. Is the code just for his phone or any incredible 2?
