Question Delayed text's to my phone early morning, can't find why?

Hi, I have a Samsung S25 Ultra, and early morning me and my partner will be texting each other, and we find that she will be replying to messages I've sent, but they aren't coming through to my phone.
We will generally work that out and switch to whatsapp etc.
She has an IPhone 16 pro max.
We can't seem to work out if it's just a signal issue, or something else though?
I don't seem to have any DND settings on.
What's also strange is sometimes, if I restart my phone, when it comes on, sometimes there are then a few messages all come through at once, and my text app shows that the text was sent at maybe 6.45am but received at 7.30 or similar.
I feel like the issue is probably her phone in some way, but not 100% because of that fact I get a few through sometimes on restarting my phone.

Does anyone know what it could be, or any way of me testing this try work out why this is happening?

After early morning, it always seems to then be fine for the rest of the day.

Not sure about hers, but mine is generally always showing that its got signal, mines never extremely low or has none.
From what she's said, I don't think she has signal issues as such either.
Its odd that after a restart a few will come through though and usually only early morning.

OP was not talking about the app Signal, he meant cell tower.
