I need to block 5G from my phone via a hack

[Android Central Question]

I have three TOTL android phones. S20 note Ultra, S21 and Pixel 6 pro. None of them can handle 5g in my area. 5g speeds are so slow a webpage won't load.

I have called Verizon and pent a whopping 7 days on the phone with them. top tier tech support can't figure it out. We have done everything. Factory data resets, new sim cards. 3 phones, no 5g.

So the Pixel allows you to select LTE which works great. But I don't want to keep the pixel. I'm looking for a way to block the Samsung phones from processing 5g signals. A hack, a program, whatever. If anyone has any ideas I'm all about it. I will pay you for a workable solution! I'm just so sick of dealing with this,

Go to settings>network connection>mobile data> mobile network mode can you change network there ?

Welcome to Android Central! When you say "TOTL", do you mean you're on Total Wireless (which uses Verizon towers)? Did you get the phones directly from the carrier, or did you get them unlocked and bring them to the carrier?
