Ok so I need to know if gb roms and ics roms work on the Froyo LG optimus V radio??? I'm doing this for a friend and I don't know much about the radio on the optimus V. I had the optimus S.

yes... all our roms work on the ov regardless of baseband...

What's the difference with the three radio's? ZV4, ZV5, and ZV9?

'improvements' I have read that the ZV9 gets no better reception than the ZV4....I have also read that it is a huge improvement. I never felt the need to move from ZV4. With each 'improvement' they send out, things like wifi tethering or known exploits are removed. That's why Gingerbreak will root 4 or 5 but not 9....they "fixed" it :-\

I was posting on a question about the play store billing your V accoung or if you had to use a card for market purchases.
