I neeeddd helppp !!

Ok so like .. since yesterday i turned my LG Optimus S off . and then i charged it and i let it charge for like 20 min before i go shopping then when i turned it back on it the android logo thing stayed on the screen and wouldn't load the actual phone , it then said reboot phone . i pressed insert and it does the same thing it goes back to the logo screen and turns off and turns back on by it self. I've tried taking the battery out and letting it sit for a hour and blowing it but it doesn't seem to work. Can Someone pleaseee help meeee !!? :C

Sounds like a hardware issue to me. If the phone is under warranty I would bring it back to the store.
