Is your issue that you're not seeing pictures in listings or that there is a general problem accessing your account? Either way, I think Wish may be a better support resource, but you can try a couple things if the issue is the pictures not showing.
Have you tried reinstalling the app?
Have you tried clearing the cache for the app? Settings > Apps and notifications (if on Oreo and later) > Select the Wish app (you may have to tap to show all apps) > select storage > clear cache
