Okay I'm posting this just in case someone else will have the same problem. I called them in the morning, but they were closed, so I didn't contact them. While I was in school, at 10:30 am the status changed to Picking & Packing and by 3:00 pm it changed to Shipped. You DO NOT need to contact them. Just wait 20h (that's how long it took me). I'm just a bit upset that I paid for overnight shipping and I will get over 2 nights shipping.

just incase anyone out there mite be able to help me ... i have a htc desire i put a pattern lock on and got locked out it now requires me to put my gmail username and password in buit i have forgotten them and cant hard boot phone because the volume bar isnt working is there a way to save my phone not bothered about loosing everything on it just need it unlocked plzzzz help

Yea I ordered a case from the store and they really are horrible. Choose overnight shipping and five phone calls and three weeks later and it finally arrived. They didn't even refund my shipping.
