I Really REALLY Love This Phone

One more thing.

What I find strange, and maybe it's just that I wouldn't do it, I would never comment or give an opinion about a device I do not own or wish to own.

I have never once even looked in the LG G3 forum because I have no interest in that phone and find the volume rocker placement on the back a deal breaker for me. I would never go over there and comment.

What I have never understood is why people monitor a forum if owning the phone is of no interest? It makes me believe that there is some interest, and if given the opportunity they actually are open to the possibility and therefore want to be a part of the discussion.

I agree. I usually only go on other forums if I'm thinking about getting the device. As for the volume rocker, I can't say what I think. I wouldn't mind trying it but I doubt if it would be deal breaker either way. I'm pretty much locked into Samsung these days so that's where I stay. If you aren't using the S Pen, then why get the Note? There are a number of pretty good phablets out there that are way cheaper. Of course, I REALLY fail to see how you can say the S Pen adds no value. Really?

For me, the Note Edge's inferior battery life made me go back to my Note 4

The way I have my phone configured, I am almost guaranteed to need to throw it on the charger during the day (my days are long) so it doesn't much matter what I use. I keep my screen turned up to 100% which is a sure bet for the charger. That's what happens when you have old eyes AND refuse to compromise your settings for the sake of battery life. ;)
