I recently reset my wireless router. my 2 computers connect to it but not my Galaxy J5

When I call up my wifi connection on the phone, the router name suddenly has a black diamond in the middle of it with a white question mark. I have reset the router, rebooted the phone, forgotten and reconnected to the wifi. My husbands phone also won't connect
