I removed sense need help adding some widgets.

So I removed sense and now I am trying to install htc contact widget but it keeps saying not installed. Any suggestions?

Um.. You can't have sense widgets if you removed sense. It doesn't work like that.

So my suggestion is you switch back to a sense rom.

That sucks. I like my evo without sense as it's much faster. But I really wanted the widgets. Oh well thanks for your response.

Get Launcher Pro Plus. It has a clone of almost all of the Sense Widgets and work very well. I missed the Sense widgets a lot until I got LPP

Myn's RLS3 is a nice ROM. I dont know if you'd be interested in something like this... You can use Launcher Pro on myn's and use the "cleardefaults" app anytime you want to switch your homescreen set up to a sense one. Basically what I mean is whenever you press the home button with multiple launcher the OS will ask which launcher you want to use. It will do that until you set a default.

So in this situation you can kinda have your cake and eat it too.
