I reset my phone is acting from my email and I forgot

I got a new phone and I forgot my old phone because of last year I found it and I wanna sign on it and I forgot my password so I reset it and now it’s asking me for my email and I forgot it

Usually where you try type your email below be something like forgot password/email do you see those options?
