it doesn't call it cloud, but you're there. that's your backup area.

I'm using Nova Launcher and I'm on Verizon.

also, did you tap "my profile" to see if anything there is related? on my N4 when I bring up my Sammy account and my email is showing at the top, at the bottom I have "backup" and "restore". backup allows me to do the themes etc. I don't see that on your screen. my N8 arrives today. I'll see how it looks for me then.

I'm using Nova Launcher and I'm on Verizon.

I seem to remember needing a workaround to get to Samsung cloud in the past for Verizon users. apparently at that time, and perhaps now, Samsung Cloud wasn't supported by Verizon.

Try looking under Backup and Reset.

also, on Nova you back up your desktop and theme thru them. Sammy will only backup TW, etc. if you're not using it then whatever it backs up is useless.

Nothing about "cloud there" there is a Google account, but when i click on that it says it is disabled .

Oh on Verizon? Yeah the missing Samsung Cloud is an issue since back on the S7. They removed it coz they want you to use Verizon Cloud.

yeah. that's it. I never knew the reason. just remembered hearing about it this. it may even have gone further back, not sure.

Settings>Clouds and Accounts>Samsung Cloud

No setting for samsung cloud on my S7Edge. On my note 7 I had to use Nova to get into that.

I've tried using Nova to back up my home screens, but it never gets my widgets. I assume that's normal? I use TW so infrequently that I'm not going to worry about the Samsung cloud.
