I rooted my LG risio and then i hard reset it now it is stuck on the activation screen

I rooted my LG risio with kingroot and downloaded freedom and than i could not get to my home screen so i hard reset it and now i can not get past the wifi step on the activation

You may have corrupted the ROM when you rooted it. If that's the case, you'll have to reflash it. Head over to XDA Forums and see if someone there has any experience with the problem you're having, and a fix for it.
