I set a song as a ringtone but can't hear it when the call comes in. How can I fix this?

set a song as ringtone but cant hear it when call comes in

phone is lgl34c optimus fuel. Set volume high. Tried calling my phone to check if song was set as ringtone but i could bearly hear it. Could the problem be when i downloaded the song the volume wasn't turned up higher? Plays fine on media player

The volume is what it is n the file, the volume control doesn't control what you download. You can use Ringtone Maker to make it louder. (Make sure your ringtone volume is up all the way. Just press Volume Up when the phone isn't doing anything or running any app.)
