To answer the Chrome sync issue:

From your desktop computer, hit the hamburger menu icon (far right of the bookmarks bar.) Hit settings. Make sure that you are signed in (first setting) with your Google account that you use on the phone. Click on "Advanced sync settings" and make sure that bookmarks sync is set. It's probably a good idea to sync everything.

On the phone, open the Chrome browser. Tap the menu control top right, settings. Make sure that you are signed in to Chrome.

That should start syncing bookmarks. When you tap the menu control again, there should be a bookmarks, and from there you can select desktop bookmarks. Or, if you choose recent tabs, it should show you the tabs that you have open in all computers and mobile devices that are syncing using your Google account.

I should note that I used to use xmarks sync but they always got messed up somehow, so now I just use Chrome and sync bookmarks that way.

Its interesting how one person's opinion can get people all emotional and stuff. People act like anyone who doesn't love the Turbo or has an issue with it is the anti-christ or something. Everyone is and should be entitled to their own opinion without the feeling that they are going to end up being bashed or attacked. Its cool to debate and talk about it, but the juvenile nature in which some people approach things is pretty sad. Who cares how many posts he has or how he feels, let him say what needs to be said and call it a day.

The sad part is that many of us tried to troubleshoot his problem but he got all buthurt and left. The truth is that some people are just not compatible with a Smart phone.

I can see how upgrading can be an important step. In my case, I was upgrading from a ten year old flip phone so it was a huge step, hence about a week of intensive research into a technology nearly everyone else on this forum is comfortably conversant with. I saw the current lack of voice/data. Battery life. Screens. UI's, etc. I almost upgraded to the Samsung Note4 or the iPhone but, after reading this forum and watching a lot of video reviews, chose the phone which wasn't 'out' yet, the Droid Turbo. I tend to keep stuff a long time and it's a long way to a Verizon store so such decisions are made carefully. Like with everything in life, phones are compromises. If one finds themselves compromising beyond their limits of comfort, then it's time to move on.

Reading, it appears Moto pushes software upgrades pretty early and regularly so, if VZW cooperates, voice/data will be here soon. Reading this thread, I found excellent tips on syncing bookmarks and will get to that eventually. For now, just pushing the microphone button and letting Google do the work is fast and easy. Everything in due time. Perhaps that's a function of being an old fart. No rush

Well they sure have since the release of last year's Moto X and Droid Maxx/Ultra/Mini. Hopefully they keep that up.

Verizon really, really wants VoLTE, so I suspect that this year's Motos will get it pretty soon.

My old Droid X could do that.

I think your are mistaking since when did the Droid X support voice and data at the same time? Never without wifi it was a 3G device and did not have the hardware to do it. If I remember correctly the HTC Rezound was the first phone to support 3G voice and data at the same time.

If I remember correctly the HTC Rezound was the first phone to support 3G voice and data at the same time.

It was and my Rezound was proud of it! Of course other devices joined the party pretty soon afterward (but not the Verizon iphone!)
