I started receiving a popup recently "Get Safe & Fast", how do I remove it?

[AC Question]

The popup happens sometime during the night, and its there after I unlock the screen.

In says:
"Get Safe & Fast
Free security protection and junk cleaner for android phone.
[Cancel] [Confirm]"

I hit cancel and it goes away but the popup keeps coming back.

I'm getting the same. I think it's the new version of this other adware pop i was getting the past few weeks. I have screenshots of both. Haven't been able to identify the offending app, I'm pretty careful.

Welcome to the forums. There are two apps from your list that called my attention. There are reports of Flash keyboard pushing ads on some phones, specially on the lock screen. Disable it, restart the phone and see if the pop-ups persist. Also, when you list two different File Managers, are any of them the Cheetah Mobile app? If so, go to settings - apps - select it - force stop - clear data and uninstall, basically kill it with fire CM file manager is known for filling phones with adware.

I removed both apps, Flash Keyboard and the File Manager app I had downloaded. Not sure where Flash keyboard came from. Not sure which one was the culprit but I don't get that popup anymore. Thanks!
