I still have S2, just upgraded new battery. Could a S7 last me 5 whole years?

I have treated my phone very well. In 5 years, only lost it on floor 1 time! And never treated it like crap, even today I treat it with care. Assume this if I bought S7, how long you think it would last? I would buy it instantly if it wasn't for the battery not being replaceable... just worried in maybe 2 years it maybe almost useless?

The S6, IIRC, was US$60 for a battery replacement (you paid to get it to them, they paid return postage). It's not usually an issue, though - IF you treat the battery properly (see The Care and Feeding of Lithium Polymer Batteries). My V551 lithium battery, from around 2004, is still performing nicely.

Awesome, you still have the S2. That was my favourite Sammy phone. S7 is just lovely, I think it could easily last 2-3 years, with super care yeh probably 5 years. You can still get the battery replaced by Samsung it's like $70.
