I think I bricked my samsung galaxy victory

I was having problems with my Samsung Galaxy Victory, everytime I'd try updating it'd say TWRP, thought ok here's a wipe option, I decided to wipe EVERYTHING on that page. Now my phone will not go past samsung logo, and or the battery slot. please someone help me out!!

Can you boot back into TWRP?

No i can't even get past the samsung logo, I CAN get to download mode.

Can you flash TWRP again and see if you can flash the nandroid backup (assuming you did this) you made?

I tried getting it into TWRP but it says can't do a normal boot

Sounds like it's trying to boot into safe mode? Not sure if this will work but when I would boot into safe mode on my Galaxy S4 I would have to turn it off and remove the battery for 10 seconds, then put it back in

See I have no idea how to do any of that, I've been browsing the internet almost all night. I just can't seem to find someone who gives step by step solution

I meant flash TWRP again but I'm not sure if this will fix the issue. Try going to the xda forums, they're a lot better at fixing bricked devices
