I think i deleted my android os. HELP !!!

Hello !
I have problem with my phone Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini.
When i start my phone it goes to a menu in which i can see this the android this little green thing and i have some options
1.reboot system now
2.apply udate from ADB
3.apply udate from external storage
4.wipe data/factory reset
5.wipe cache partition
6.apply udapte from cache
Ofc first i tried to reboot my system and a few moments later it comes again to this one .
I dont know what to do please help me .

Try performing a Hard Reset, just hold the power button and the volume up key, might solve your problem.
