i think i got a virus on my blue cellphone

few days ago i open up a message that contained icons coming from whatsaap, and since then it hasn't allowed me to use play store to download programs. I been trying to download a anti virus program and so far i haven't been able to. thanks

It's very unlikely that you have a real virus. It was probably coincidence that this happened around the same time. Although usually when things like this start to happen you're bombarded with ads for antivirus. Meanwhile not being able to access the Play Store is rather concerning. What happens when you try to access it? That will help narrow down what to look at and where to start. You could try a battery pull and restart to try and get access back. If you cannot physically pull the battery usually powering the device down and powering it back up while holding the up vol button simulates a battery pull. You should Google a battery pull for your device for exact instructions. You might also try installing whatsapp if you feel that's where the problem is, and then restart to see if you are once again able to access the PS.

go to google play and download cm security applock antivirus it has lots of features. good luck!
