Hi, im new here so please be gentle, lol. My droid Razr max HD is stuck on the Motorola dual core technology boot screen I know there are several threads about this but For my particular problem, haven't found anything that has worked. First of all when I unplug the phone from the charger it is totally unresponsive, while plugged into the charger I get the Motorola screen and it will show that the battery charging meter. I am able to get into the factory the android factory reset options but when I press factory reset it just goes back to the Motorola boot screen. I recently replaced battery but still getting the same results. I've also tried all manor of button combinations yet all that ever happens is the boot screen. Can anybody help?

First things first, wrong forum, you want the Droid RAZR MAXX HD forum. Second, is your phone rooted? If not, this could just be a matter of calling Verizon and telling them what's going on and they should send you a replacement one. If you are rooted, there are ways to unbrick the phone, as long as, it is not to far gone.

Thanks for the response Durango. Should I delete and post there? And yes....the phone is rooted. Would you be so kind as to tell me how to urn brick it, if possible?

There is a sticky in the RAZR hd forum for rooting, you can ask there. I'm not exactly a pro on rooting but most of the time, from what I've read, you save a bricked phone.
