I Think My Phone Has A Poltergeist

Last couple of days I've been messing with all kinds of things and still getting marginal battery life. I had installed Battery Doctor but I uninstalled it late yesterday after I didn't see any improvement.

And then today the phone's been just superb. Off the charger at 7:00 AM and tonight, as of 10:32, I have 78% battery power left. 15 1/2 hours and 78% left??? That's simply incredible. And what's most bizarre is that I have no idea why there have been such abrupt and dramatic shifts in battery use.

About two weeks ago (about a week after it was introduced IIRC).

Why do you ask? Is this a relevant variable in the battery use discussion?

It can take several charge cycles for the battery to get into the swing of things, but that isn't the case here. Do you normally use your device a lot? According to your screenshot, it looks like you left it alone for quite some time.

Yeah I was in the office all day on wifi but even still on previous days with the same light usage I would have been down to about 30% or less by evening.

Being on WiFi is easier on the cell radios, giving better battery life. Might be the biggest contributor to you battery life today.
