I think someone is receiving my emails texts without my permission

I accidently pocket texted 4 of my contacts a bunch of jibberish they responded i received the texts but so did my girlfriend who doesnt have these people in her phone and they dont have her # how the heck did that happen or is there something you can do to your phone to retrieve somebodys texts without their consent?

May be some body have your e-mail ID and password.Change your password,if others have access to your mail then by changing password your account will be log out from other devices.
