I think the Galaxy S4 I bought is fake

This is the Item i purchased. It was ?389.99, ended up being 499 EUR for a 32 GB version? The seller is from the UK and I am from the Republic of Ireland, I thought the UK only had 16 GB versions?

I've already paid by paypal and contacted the seller with my concerns, how do I get a refund? Like do you think he might just refund me straight away? I sent him 3 messages about how I thought it was fake after paying.

Sigh I don't know how I was so stupid I guess I was just so excited.

Hard to tell.. That picture could have been taken off anything. I'd never ever buy something off ebay without a real photo.. A Google images one is to easy to snag.

80% positive rating and 19 transactions, although that is not proof it is fake. If the seller does not respond, I am pretty sure if you lodge a complaint with paypal, you will pretty much get your money back.

He randomly has a lot of cheap Galaxy S4's to sell yet the version he is selling is not available in his country. The chinese clones come in 32 GB version.

It was my understanding that the 32 gig version doesn't come in white.

Based on his feedback, I wouldn't buy from him/her. AT&T has the 32gb in Black Mist only, but that may differ for the European market.
