I think we should combine the Gear 2 and Gear 2 Neo forums

I think we should combine the Gear 2 and Gear 2 Neo forums, because they are almost identical in hardware, and 100 percent identical in software, even same gear manager.

Lets face it: the neo is just a gear 2 without the camera.

I have a Neo, but 99% of theoretical topics would apply to the gear 2 also. So either i double post - or i miss half the audience.

Seeing the neo just as a variant of the gear 2 combined in one forum makes much more sense.

Agreed. Would like the moderator to combine. Only differences between the two devices are styling and camera. These do not impact the vast majority of posts that will come to this forum. Gear 2/Neo combined forum would be easier for all and avoid duplication.

I do agree. I don't have either the GEAR 2 or the neo, and don't plan on immediately purchasing either... Waiting to see how Android Wear plays out.

But I am a proud owner of the original gear. And what really drives me nuts is that I am forever reading the forums here on Android Central and over at Smart Watch Fans. I really wish since they are both part of Mobile Nations that forums like these could be linked.

We already use the same logins, many of the articles on the blog are the same. Why not link the forums?

Agreed, should be combined, other then the camera and plastic body, they are identical. I actually prefer the plastic version of the Neo. I do miss my original Gear though for customization, was nice with Watch Styler to get tons of different faces and ability to upload my own ringtones and notification sounds.

I think the quality of the two are the same the only difference is one had a camera and the other one doesn't.
