i tired to get google wallet on phone and doesnt want to turn on now! pls help me!

i have an att galaxy s3 running jellybean 4.1.1. i was trying to get google wallet and it was working perfectly until the phone reset and it never turned on again i have tried wiping the cache and to reset the phone but nothing works. when u try to turn it on u just see the samsung galaxy s3 branding and thats it the phone doesnt respond after that. can some one please help me im freaking out!!! ):
