I tried to reset my Android box, and now when I start it up it just flashes the main screen?

I tried to hit the reset button on the bottom of the box, and unplugging it for a few days to reboot but when I start it now the startup screen flashes and doesn't stay on long enough for me to access settings. Do I need a new HDMI cable?

Welcome to Android Central! Unfortunately, these Android TV boxes are more likely to have hardware or firmware defects, since they're usually direct from Chinese generic manufacturers. I doubt a different cable would help.
