I un-rooted my tablet, but it says that my device is modified. Any help?

I un-rooted my tablet a few days ago, but when I try the OTA update, It tells me that my device has been modified and updates are not available. Any help?

Unless you want to manually track down all the changes the rooting program made, the easiest way is to flash a stock ROM. Since it's a Samsung, look on SamMobile Firmwares for the ROM (you'll have to create a free account to download). You'll flash it with Odin. (In SamMobile, put in the model number [T320?], not the name.)
