I updated my 2013 Moto X from 4.4.4 to 5.1 and it's killing my battery!

.... what happened? The battery used to last 2 days, now it died overnight. WiFi was off, location was off, camera was off, battery was dead within 8 hours! Is there a way to go back to 4.4.4 ?
