Android Central Question

I want to permanently removed google and Facebook which Samsung ungraciously made permanent.
Is there a program I can use to erase the lock on these horrific apps?

Welcome to Android Central! Keep in mind that Android is a Google product, so it's not surprising that Google apps and services are preinstalled. Removing the main Google app will probably make other things crash.

They’ve made some wonderful apps, Google. Think of Google Lens, for example - the thing is almost incredible.

Or Live Transcribe. I've recently used that Pixel feature to communicate with very hearing-impaired patients in the hospital.

Facebook is typically locked into some carriers' phones. I have a former Sprint-locked Note 9, you cannot delete Facebook directly. My locked AT&T J2 is the same. However, on my former AT&T unlocked Note 20, Facebook can be uninstalled. So if you're locked to a carrier, that may be why you don't have the option to delete it.

Yeah, I just found that out shortly after I got my Unlocked Note 20. It started life as an AT&T branded device, and the gentleman I bought it from sold it unlocked, which is partly why I didn't mind spending what I did on it.
