I want GPS only location method, but it keeps reverting back to all methods.

Hey there,

Every time I choose GPS as the location only method it works until I switch Location back on again and then it reverts straight back to all forms of location (GPS, WiFi and Networks).

How can you set the preference to just choose GPS only?

Every time you turn on the GPS system, it will always choose the "most accurate" mode (GPS, WiFi and Networks). To the best of my knowledge, there is no way to get it to remember your last choice.

You might be able to create a task to do this in one of the automation apps.
