I want root my nexus 5 who knows what negative sides have it?

Is there something in particular that you want to accomplish with root access? The negatives are that if you're not careful you could brick your phone or negatively impact performance.

For Nexus devices I recommend WugFresh's Nexus Root Toolkit. It'll root your phone, back it up, unlock it, lock it..the whole shebang.
