I want switch from Straight Talk to Consumer Cellular.

The phone was purchased from Straight Talk about 3 years ago and not used lately. It's a ZTE Merit model # Z990G. Straight Talk refuses to give me the network unlock code. Where can I find the unlock code and if unlocked, will it work on Consumer Cellular? If you can answer this please use my email addy. (email address removed by Moderator)
