I want to buy the Note 2 but....

I really want to buy the Note 2, but I have a worry. When I used the S pen on my sister's Note, most of the times my palm would touch the back button and whatever I would be doing would get cut off. Is there any setting to switch of the back button when I am using the S pen or any other solution. HELP PLEASE
