I want to connect my Galaxy S6 to my HDTV.*HELP!!

I have come to understand the S6 does NOT support MHL output.. So there must be a wireLESS connection.
✴ I DO NOT HAVE INTERNET / WIFI CONNECTIONS ; NOR ARE THEY AVAILABLE @CURRENT TIME
Please redrain from suggesting Chromecast or any other WiFi required device!!!
Please help me out on what my options may be.
