I want to delete the IntelCPHS.log file.

I have a tesco hudl2 and want to delete the IntelCPHS.log file. I believe it will be recreated once deleted which is fine. It's just got too big so I have no space on my tablet even though I have not much on there. Is there a way to do this without rooting the tablet? Thanks
