Ok so my contract is due since February and I'm really really happy with my Lumia 1520 but I don't want my upgrade to become a waste so I finally decided to get an LG G3 then sell that and get an HTC One M8 since it's not available in my carrier.
LG G4 expensive, M9 not available so I'm going to stick with the G3.
I have a few questions:
1. How is the headphone jack audio quality? Most people would argue that iPhones are incomparable when it comes to audio out but the M8 is rivaling right now based on the reviews I saw. I'm planning on getting an M8 or a 5S but since the M8 has expandable storage I guess I'm going that route. Is the audio quality really good?
2. Does this phone count steps? I'm using Microsoft Health on my L1520 and I don't want to use another health app just because I've been using this for a year and has all my data already. (Can someone please help me on this? I wanna know if MS Health is functional on this phone without a Microsoft Band like my L1520 does) Thanks so much!
3. How is the camera? Obviously the camera is the least of my concerns since I have a 1520 but it would probably be a great secondary camera sometimes..
4. Battery life? How is it? I plan on just using the M8 as a secondary phone (a few texts and calls here and there), a workout device/running device (the reason I want this phone is because the L1520 is a pain when working out and running. Too damn big and with very few accessories, I really can't give it a decent armband) and mainly for music. Will it last me through the day?
If only the M8 for Windows is available in the Philippines, I'm selling my 1520 and get that. Thanks guys for the help!
