That is a good strong signal. Why do you wish to boost it, and how?

To boost the signal you'd need an external signal booster, you can't "boost" it using the phone itself. But, as Belodion said, the signal is strong - -90 dbm is strong, and that's 27db weaker than what you're getting (that's 22 times as weak).
