You purchasing a new Samsung tablet? If you referring to storage size what are the selection, they come with couple and probably minimum should be sufficient.

Welcome to Android Central! What are you recording? What resolution are you planning to use? The size of the video file will depend on the resolution you choose.

Are you saying you need to record and save a video twice a month?

File size is going to vary dramatically based on resolution and framerate you record at. The storage of the tablet itself shouldn't matter much, I believe all Samsung tablets still have the capacity to handle a micro SD card so you can add more storage for cheap if needed to save the videos to.
